Will my church benefit from this?
Yes! Both your church and KidCare America will benefit. Sixty cents will go directly to your church. At least a matching amount will go to KidCare America.
Can I send in anything besides inkjet cartridges?
Yes! The Child Compassion Challenge program recycles inkjet cartridges, laser cartridges, cell phones and small electronics like laptops, MP3 players, GPS devices and digital cameras. Once in place, your church will earn .90 cents per qualifying laser cartridges and $1.20 for each qualifying cell phone!
Should I save the boxes the cartridges and small electronics came in when I bought them?
Using the original boxes to bring the cartridges and small electronics to church will be helpful and will protect the cartridge. However it's not necessary to place it in the collection boxes that way.
My place of work uses inkjet and laser cartridges in their printers. Can I send them in too?
Certainly. By enlisting the support of businesses, you can increase the funds raised.
Is there any hidden cost involved?
There is NO cost involved in this challenge. You will be supplied with pre-paid UPS labels to ship your cartridges, cell phones and small electronics. UPS is required to pick up boxes with these labels when making a normal delivery.
